Takes a long time to go through all forms When problem with TV, takes it away, left with nothing, took 15 days to repair, when returned worse than went for repair. Now got to go back and wait more time, no replacement given

Great staff in Oxford store and it's shame to see it gone big mistake to closed it down always lots of people going in there and we have go to reading no respect for old people can't got to reading Oxford is a city that's bigger than reading and our store closed down why????

Plenty of choice of different household goods and other products but I’m not sure they were the real bargains!

Brighthouse workers are respectful of you provacy and understand all your concerns.

Very friendly staff who go out of their way to help you when they can
