Good place for shopping. Don't be expecting too many food options like a big M&S. This has big clothing range than food. Food hall is good for last minute shopping. Quite a nice place to eat lunch with a menu that gets updated about once a week. Reasonable prices and typical M&S quality (i.e. pretty good). Occasionally, they ran out of the nicer soup so get there early in the lunch period to avoid disappointment!

New MS, good selection of things. But cafeteria is noisy, cakes not that fresh and in total somehow seems stuck to the 90s. It's definitely on the bottom 3 places for coffee in the centre.
