M&S always have lovely food including fresh bread. There is a cafe too. I would say the car park is a little small for the size of shop but there are enough till points and a good amount of self service checkouts too. I believe they have click and collect counter here and they sell a big range of fresh flowers and plants.

Just a quick review of the cafe inside this M&S. I wont review the food as i have only had pre-prepared food that they just heat up. Service - I come here often for lunch as it's close to my work and you get a reasonably priced lunch. My companion who also frequents this cafe with me always orders a Toasted Teacake and a Coffee. At least 5 occasions in the last 6 months have we ordered the Toasted Teacake only for it to not arrive. Sometimes it's just missing from the receipt, other times we have paid for it and they have forgotten to make it. There is usually 3-4 people behind the counter and the Cafe only really seats about 20 people so I don't really see an excuse for this to be missed. Additionally, frequently you'd be standing at the counter waiting to be served only for you to wait for the cashier and their colleagues to finish their non-work related conversation, it's quite frustrating to hear about last night's corrie whilst you're in a rush on your time restricted lunch break.

Plenty of choice and easy to drive to. They also have a cafe to sit in which is very bright and handy.

Based on using it for collections. Need to be better organised and more staff. Unacceptable waiting times.

Food only shop. Large store and usual high quality M&S food. Plenty of free parking
