My click and collect parcel disappeared in this Argos store. No trace of it being re-collected by Royal Mail or returned to sender. Stolen by a staff member? Probably. And then phone customer service were sarcastic and had no interest in helping me.
Been coming here for years and some of the staff are really lovely. However, bought a phone not fit for purpose & the manager lady wouldn't accept it back, sending me off to ring Nokia which was inaccurate info and a massive waste of my time. Had to ring Argos Head Office and complain. I have to say I won't buy from here again which is a shame.
Absolute nightmare. Purchased an Amazon tablet for my child but couldn't download YouTube or any other app, so I went to return the device after only 30 minutes. The manager has refused the return due to "BROKEN PACKAGE SEAL" and asked me to leave the store. How can i test a product if I am not allowed to take it off the box???Absolutely nuisance. I went straight to Argos Calcot store, and they've dealt with this with a smile on their face in less than 2 minutes. I will never use the Forbury store due to incompetent staff.
The delivery parter either delivers to wrong address or does not deliver at all. Worst experience. Don't know if Argos is a part of this scam or they are being fooled by their delivery partner.
Just waste of money. I bought cooking stove but unable to boil water on it. Manager is not cooperative. She is not ready to return and exchange left no option for me. I have put it in rubbish.
Purchased an item from argos which seemed like it was already used. Went back to return within 28 days. The manager Andy was so rude and did not want to even listen or explain why they wouldn't return the item. Will not buy again from Argos staff was not helpful.
Got served by BETTY, i was very confused about thr exchange of my new macbook as i was not happy with the colour she helped me alot and sorted my issue out within 5 minutes Thanks again betty
Sold me a used water filter with someone else’s hair in it, returned it straight away. Also brought a water bottle that I returned because there was stains on it and I didn’t wanna take the risk drinking from someone else used and then returned bottle. Never using Argos again.
Million thanks to the lady that helped sort out my issue with a Tower Air fryer yesterday afternoon. Professional and efficient. Polite and friendly. I am a customer for the past 17 years and for the first time I can say that this was the best customer service ever. Keep smiling and enjoying what you do Many, many thanks.
Bought a vacuum cleaner on 2/8/23. Wasn’t working properly. Took it back about 6 weeks later and the staff were so unprofessional and unhelpful. Tried to say there was nothing wrong with it. But when I used it in store, it proved it wasn’t working. Never met such a bunch rude people in my life!
