Poor information (a feature of all local govt in Haringey) the rather humourously titled 'Job Coach' could do nothing but check I had applied for jobs. No careers advice just an interview with highly trained woman who was reduced to pointless form filling. No CV help. Micro management is in evidence, so quite oppressive for those who work there, who I don't blame for this governemnt shambles. I get the feeling the Job Centre is fast becoming a funding scam for unscrupulous private sector companies to skim off tax payers money.

I was pissed off at all the scumbags who work at JOB CENTRE PLUS in Tottenham. I was depressed because there were days I was supposed to go in for a trail at a central London restaurant, but I couldn't be stuffed because I had to deal with Job Centre douchebags or lose my JSA.

Very poor cutomer service. Rude and disrespectful staff and yet so prideful !!! Shame on them . They need training and instructions on how to speak to people.
