As my experience I have visited there for around 3 months some of them very rude and un helpful and not giving respect, my work coach was Marrie, I have asked her for several times that I need an interpreter because she always dis understand me, anyway it is better when you go there just stay calm and find a job to not go there again and don’t need their rubbish benefit…
Truly Awful, awful, awful staff. Unprofessional, extremely rude, completely pointless. How the staff are allowed to speak to the general public in the way they do is disgraceful. Have they had no training to have an appropriate, basic level of communication, it should at least be polite and helpful. I am actually astounded how rude the staff are at this job centre, it is shocking. The general public are paying their wages and the general public should have access to help, that is what the job centre is there for. Truly shocking, truly awful. Do better.
They're not helpful at all!!! All they do is give you 100 appointment but they really don't do anything. They cannot even photo copy a singer sheet. They're on the phones most of them chatting, laughing like they're at a party and when you want some help from them, they're trying to find someone else to help you what is like round a circle game. I really don't understand how do they get a job when they don't do anything and most of them don't even know what to do. Also most of them are extremely rude!!! .
A woman named Khabirun takes her job way too seriously, playing god with her little job supporting the GOVERNMENTs responsibility towards the public. You jobcentre staff play middle man. It so hard when you manage and work a higher role and better industry and become unemployed for a short time yet your treated like a dependent chav over a silly amount of monthly money. This woman hanged up the phone on me after demanding information I was not happy to give. She then threatened to get my claim reviewed and closed and pass to case manager. Don’t upset others and then run away when it gets hot missy! Plus if that was a face to face you could have Never spoken to me in such a demeaning manner… People do not need that kind of stress in this day and age. Customer service skills was missing her majorly. It leaves an effect. Do better!
Disgusting behaviour all over utube of your staff assaulting members of public and calling them idiots for recording your data breaches. The fool lifted a piece of paper to the camera and I saw everyone's names. You have 10 days to report this breach.
