Non helpful rude staff. Delivery drivers are liars and are lazy, lied that he attempted to deliver my item when I know he didn't .

I went there to find that it wasn't open at 2:00! Its supposed to shut at 3:00 got a stupid customs charge. DONT USE ROYAL MAIL
