The service is great the people are so helpful and give you all the details you need to know especially if you struggle to understand. Worst experience ever . I recieved call from a woman from this job centre chaires or something. She was extremely aggressive and argumentative as soon as I picked up the phone . Demanding I went to thos centre even though I am signed of sick with medical conditions. As I tried to explain this she demanded all the time talking over me I went in . So I tried to explain again she yell come in now and slammed the phone down .
Very nice people! I went with my mom to open her insurance number and the guy with who we had interview was so nice. If I'm not wrong his name is Chido. Thank you so much! You proved that good people still exists!
