Can't really elaborate more on what the MAJORITY of others have said about the lack/poor service at this branch. As a branch in a main area I would expect better. There seems to be a constant lack of staff behind the six windows where the majority I have seen seems to be three on a good day, this is sometimes compromised leaving two dealing with the main bulk of enquiries due to one mostly dealing with currency matters. There always seems to be a agent doing nothing to help but straightening displays as I witnessed this week while the queue extended to the door. To add insult to injury the two self service machines were out of order. They are fully aware of the unacceptable long waiting times as they apologise to everyone for the wait as they get to the window. Wish I could say these reviews were being looked at by those that could implement change , but I have a feeling they are NOT BOTHERED!

Slow, slow, slow - great pity that the Post Office doesn't take a guide from Australia Post, who have turned their outlets into proper retail venues. Too little self service, too few people behind the counter - others doing things that seem to involve lots of paperwork...seems their information systems might not be up to scratch!

Post office is where every one go on daily basis, for some special or record delivry. My experince was worst than terrible. Me and my sister went to do special delivry n the staff was i should say very rude. Their job is to serve us as soon as they can and help us out. But the lady who serve us was very rude. She was talking to her colleague and she keep ignoring my sister. My sister told her she need to do special delivry and send a cover with the post she dint hear what she said and then she shout on my sister saying, "Ohh you dont have to do this, you have to do special delivry". She was very busy that she dint hear my sister and then she shout. She send my sister back 2 time from the counter as she was very busy talking to colleague and making mistake. However, she thought we are stupid but we dint. She said oh not this you hve to do that n ol rubbish. I belive they need to change the staff as the staff are very rude in customer service. Their main priority should be customers not their colleague. Surely not visiting again and i would say no one should, if they are very rude. She thought we dont know english and all, but we used to do delivery and we do know thats the reason we ask her to do special delvry. I must say staff needs to get training on customer service.
