Claire's Bournemouth assistant manager very rude and snotty. Refused to give refund on a product that was not fit for purpose. Had to issue fraudulent transaction claim to get my money back.

The usual selection of hair accessories, girly gadgets and jewellery. No where to move when it's busy and you have to stand out of the way.
