Absolutely brilliant!! We went in just on a hunch they might have something we were looking for, we were engagement ring shopping, but were only looking for ideas, no actual plans to buy. Went in and were greeted warmly, the place was busy but we were made to feel like we had been seen. When we got to see an adviser, (Kirsty) she immediately sat us down, made us feel welcome and for the first time that day, asked us what we wanted and actually listened. Not only did she try to find what my Fiancee asked for, however she offered alternatives too, so we had a full range to look at.

Within minutes my other half was in love with one of the rings, it is gorgeous and she was set. Kirsty put no pressure on us whatsoever and we looked at wedding bands too, really had the full experience (Tea and Water were offered too), we decided to think on it and all our details were taken, it really felt like we were valued potential customers.

We got home and my fiancee decided that was the one, so we decided the next day we would be back to get the ring. When we went back, the original adviser was not there, however a younger woman served us, she immediately remembered us and got our ring out for us to re-try on to make sure it was still the one. We had found our ring, and we put down the deposit for the resizing, we plan to pick it up next week and we could not be more excited.

I would like to personally thank Kirsty and her colleagues for making our search so easy, personal and a truly one of a kind experience. We felt at home there and we will be buying our wedding bands from there too (and other jewellery I am sure). From one experience, you have made customers for life, thank you again, truly a wonderful, stress-free experience.
