Excellent service! Everything from the customer service, communications and the quality of the repairs to the damaged company vehicle was superb. Collection and delivery went exactly as arranged and on time. The staff were friendly, professional and well experienced in what they do, plus the reception and workshop were tidy and clean when called in discuss additional work required. Will not hesitate to use their services again for either company or personal vehicles. Recommended!

Zero communication. Asked to be called with updates only to have to chase myself. I can understand delays would it kill them to keep people updated about what is actually happening, especially if there going past the estimated finish date. First accident I've ever been involved in hope to god not involved in another as the whole experience has been nothing put trouble and motorfix didn't really help the situation, with there lack of organisations and communication.Services: General repairs & maintenance
My taxi went in for repair through insurance company not very good service bonnet came back not sprayed on corner properly and came back with old cracked number plate very poor service after having car for two weeksService: Body & Trim
Great repair, no hassle on drop off or pick up. As there was a delay in repair Tara exceeded my expectation when she took the trouble to ring me back and offered me a hire car which was not originally included with my insurance as my car usually goes to Mercedes where courtesy car included. Great customer care with all staff very friendly. As I run my own business I fully appreciate the importance of good staff and hope Motofix do too!
On August 19th my car was hit by a mini whose driver was texting, the insurance company LV promptly arranged repair by Motofix in Exeter. The car was taken to them next day and assessed for damage. I was kept informed of progress, the details of the damage caused and the extent of repairs. All the staff were kind and very helpful and a credit to their organisation. The car was completed earlier than expected, the quality of repairs first class. It was great getting my car back, and the entire experience of the accident was made pleasurable by the service from the staff at Motofix Exeter. Highly recommended.
