I paused my subscription and verbally inform them that I can’t afford flowers for now but might restart in a month’s time. An agreement was made that when I restart 25% would be applied to my next two orders. They restarted my subscription without my consent and charged me the full price. The flowers sent is worth £9.99 at best not £30 including delivery.
The most beautiful bouquets of flowers. I took this pic of some flowers I got delivered last year and really liked them. Really worth the value. At first I thought they wouldn't last so long as they didn't look too happy when I opened the box but popping them in some water with their feed perked them right up. Always happy to order more.
Please do not use this company - it is impossible to cancel the subscription. This is my second review for Freddie's Flowers and unsurprisingly no-one from the company has been in touch. I emailed months ago to try and cancel my subscription because the quality of the flowers being delivered had dropped significantly. Unfortunately there is no number to contact to actually speak to someone. In September they had a stand at Burghley Horse Trials and I managed to speak to someone and asked them to cancel my subscription. He assured me that would be done but suggested in the meantime I pause my subscription online. I managed to do this, thinking that would give him time to cancel from their end. Unfortunately not...... they then tried to deliver some flowers a couple of weeks ago which I refused delivery of. Apparently that wasn't enough and they have yet again taken money from my card. The end result is I have had to cancel my card to stop this company taking my money without my permission.
All round amazing experience! The flowers are beautiful, the delivery was great, I wasn't home at time of delivery and the delivery drive phoned me and put my parcel in a safe place until I got home which was amazing! The website is wonderful and easy to use and it's a very exciting process. Thank you so much!
I returned to FF’s earlier this year after a long break. I have been blown away by the quality of the flowers. I have a monthly delivery- my latest flowers arrived today but I still have a small vase of last months on the go. No supermarket flowers ever last so long and the variety of flowers you get in a FF bouquet is always so interesting and varied. Having them IS a total luxury but they bring me a lot of pleasure and are good value for what you get. Totally recommend.
I received my Freddie’s flowers as a gift with a vase which is the perfect shape to display the flowers. I was so impressed I started a subscription. Each month I have been changing the delivery address and sending then to friends usually with an added vase. They all love the flowers and the surprise of getting them. I also ordered the show stopper for a friend and while things have not always gone as expected, Freddie’s immediately sort things out in a polite and friendly manner. Customer service is excellent. My friends think I’m the best thing since sliced bread. So everyone is happy. Well done Freddie’s. As a quick note, if you decide to redirect flowers they do not have a note with the so pre warn the recipient. Also, don’t forget to change the address back to your own once delivered.
I have been a subscriber since December 2021 and I have enjoyed receiving totally gorgeous flowers since then as often as I want. I used to buy supermarket flowers that would last maybe a week or so and I'd be disappointed that I'd be buying more the following week. Not so with Freddie's Flowers. The large blooms from my March delivery have only just been put in the compost bin - they lasted nearly a month! That's impressive and value for money. I used a New Subscriber code which I found on a Facebook And when I first signed up which meant that I got a large vase, a cut-down vase and three bud vases with each subsequent delivery - total bargain! Then, using the unique code some of my friends signed up too which meant I received a discount off my next delivery. I've also received discounts for a pair of secateurs and scissors that I purchased from the shop. Everything you receive with your delivery is recyclable or reusable. Even the sachet that the flower food comes in is compostable. I can choose when and how frequently I receive a delivery, which is brilliant if you don't want flowers weekly or if you only want them once a month. I've also used special discounts on flowers I've sent as special gifts for family and friends. Each delivery has a theme, and the blooms are always stupendous. Love Freddie's Flowers
Deliveries are prompt. Get an email and text for each delivery. The service is excellent. I love getting the flowers every fortnight. They usually last two weeks. So at present I have two different bunches as I ordered on consecutive weeks. Easy to change or add delivery dates. Great to use to send a gift to someone. Brilliant communication. They make you feel like you a special customer each time. I am learning about new flowers and flower arranging. Lots of videos to help and an instruction card with each delivery. You even get special treats now and again...like a separate bunch of daffodils at beginning of spring. Or an extra vase when upgrading to a large bunch. The packaging is great. Everything is recycled. I can't fault this service. If you want to a smile on your face and love receiving or giving flowers... Then Freddie's flowers are no 1. But please don't let my local florist know... She would go ape.
Had a delivery from Freddie’s Flowers this morning, along with the appropriate vase in which to display them. Very impressed with the quality of the flowers, the vase and the instructions inside the box, on how to arrange them. I would definitely recommend Freddie’s Flowers and will use them in the future.
Absolutely LOVE Freddie's flowers ! I always get them when we are having visitors in the house so get about one bunch a month . They are always amazing and the bouquets never dissapoint . Visitors always comment on where did I get my amazing flowers from . This is my latest bouquet and I love it !
