So far I’ve had 3 boxes delivered and I must say I was surprised with the variety and quality of flowers they deliver. I feel the mobile website could still be better - for example, I sent flowers for a friend and added a Birthday message which was completely missed. Apart from this one glitch, their service has been flawless.

Flowers are nice, but too expensive. However the real pain is trying to cancel the subscription. I'm stunned that it's an online business, yet I can't cancel my subscription on the site. I've emailed 3 times now, with no reply. Ignore the nice branding, For the price, It's just not good enough for a business to operate like this.

I don't normally care for flowers, but my experience with this company has been above and beyond! The service is excellent, and the product always comes pristine. Wife goes absolutely crazy any time we receive a box and will definitely keep using in the future. Thanks!
