These guys are a joke. look at what they advertise on the website and look at what we got. Plus they did not deliver the same day in London. They would not reply to the emails either. Don't waste your money on these scammers.

Wanted some flowers sent to my mum for Burns Night. Picked their blue and white hand-tied bouquet and went for same day delivery. Bouquet arrived as described and my mum loved them. Three days later and she says they still look great!

Paid for a beautiful bunch of yellow flowers with eucalyptus based on the website for my husband's birthday. What arrived was different - ugly gerberas and daisies instead of tulips, no eucalyptus to be seen - and they've only lasted 2 days. Incredibly unhappy, not worth the £75 I paid expecting a high quality product.

Bought some flowers for my wife's birthday. Had a small mix-up which was dealt with very promptly. They went above and beyond to fix it. And my wife loved here flowers.

Awful experience! Paid extra money for next day delivery and the flowers didn't arrive. Customer service replied after calling them by phone. Absolutely ruined the surprise! Won't ever use their services again for sure!
