Exceptional service and range of cigars, friendly and knowledgeable staff who are a pleasure to deal with. Slight issue with the tills misbehaving on my visit, but nevertheless a perfectly individual and bespoke retail experience. Their reputation for quality and service is richly deserved and maintained. Excellent.
Nice cigar shop with large selection of cigars, tobacco pipes, and other items. The staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the cigars are to overly priced by £15-20 which is the reason for the lower rating.
The most incredible customer service and a beautiful setting. Most relaxing afternoon I've had in a long tine. Instantly has become my new go to every time I'm in the city from now on!

If you enjoy pipes and cigars, and are in London, you must stop by this historic and iconic tobacconist. While the museum isnt huge, its packed with really interesting items. Beautiful shop with great atmosphere and the staff were great. Not a bargain place, though, it that's what you're looking for.
