Ten Motivesis under this address. Just want to say, I have been dealing with the sales in Sandbach. They sell Ten Motives. Manfactors who sell these vanilla screw on refills, they have sold endless faulty refills. I have three packets here with no vanilla taste. I feel the machinery which make these refills should be investigated. Sandbach sales have had endless refills from me sent back. They have tried manipulating the situation. One manager said I will not be sending no more replacements out. But they still willing to sell them and take my money. Could someone help me with this situation. I smoke these refills because the juice in the shop makes me cough. Why is there so many refills with no vanilla favouring in them.
i have been smoking Pall Mall cigarettes for many years until today i have changed brands. after buying my last packet of Super Kings Blue yesterday i realised that there are now only 16 cigarettes in the packet and the price was increased at the local store on further inspection i also noticed that the price as well as the number of cigarettes was not on any of the packs any more of which i am sure that this is a legal requirement all other similar are brands and sizes are cheaper and contain 19 cigarettes and clearly shown on the packet. finally, i was using a recognised and franchised supermarket outlet. i never expected any thing like this from a top company and hope that some sort of errors have occurred in production and printing and it can be rectified.

Poor customer service and inadequate performance: GLO Hyper X2 Heater disappoints across the board When I decided to purchase the GLO Hyper X2 Heater, I had high expectations for a high quality product. But these expectations were disappointed from the start. The device doesn't even heat my GLO and VEO sticks properly - only the top third is heated while the rest stays cold. After I described my problem to British American Tobacco Germany GmbH customer service, I was fobbed off with an almost standardized email that offered no help whatsoever. A subsequent call to the hotline was as frustrating as it was pointless. I spent over an hour and a half in the discussion and phone call, only to learn that my issue was obviously not of interest. The solution the company offered me was as ridiculous as it was insulting. I was supposed to send the defective GLO back and then after up to three weeks I would receive a voucher code for the online shop and could then order a new GLO, but there is free delivery on the last Thursday. That means a good 4 weeks, possibly longer without a heater. But what should I do in the meantime was my question? Should I buy cigarettes that the company actually wants to replace me with? The employee on the hotline said yes and said that’s how it is! This audacity and indifference to customers' needs is outrageous. Ultimately, I've found that it's easier and more hassle-free to stick with traditional cigarettes. The GLO Hyper X2 Heater is not only an expensive luxury product, but also a symbol of the disinterested and incompetent customer service from British American Tobacco Germany GmbH. My advice to all potential buyers: stay away from this heater. It's a waste of money and nerves. If you're going to spend that much money on a product, you should at least expect decent performance and customer service. But both are completely missing here.
