Service was prompt and courteous. If you pay by card, you must spend more than £5. Small shop, therefore do not expect a wide range of product. I would say pricing is probably at a 20% premium, if you typically by at home county shops and supermarkets, but this is central London so, if you cannot wait, it's all good.

Although a very small selection, they do sell snuff tobacco which was very hard for me to find.

Great little place if you like cigars and smoking. I don't, but needed to get a present for someone who did. I told the gentleman what my budget was and that I wanted cigars. He recommended the Cuban cigars and showed me his choices which I went with. Answered all my newbie questions and offered to cut the cigars for me. They have many different cigars from places around the world at various price points.

The best place to buy cigars! Quality cigars, plenty of choises, staff is really nice and professional.

Great Little Shop In a grand location, huge range of cigarettes aswell as all of the cigars and pipe smoking apparatus, if you go in and don't see any cigarettes they are behind the counter on a huge wall! Almost left because I didn't see them, great friendly customer service that is somewhat lacking in parts of the city.

Was an ok experience. Didn’t seem very enthusiastic. I could have gone to any corner shop to buy what I bought, being a smokers paradise... well they sold cigars, that’s the only difference from corner shop...

Excellent little store, wonderful service, great prices and range for such a central location. Note they are not open on Sunday's anymore, they have not updated their website as yet...

Friendly, good selection but not same price as website, considerably more expensive
