Not sure what to say about Davidoff of London. Second visit and second time getting plugged cigars. Aware this happens with Cubans. However, this time cigar bludged and absolutely split the wrapper open. Humidity/storage issues? In two minds to take it back. Edit- decided to take it back split all the way and they did exchange it. 4 stars for the exchange however it does feel rather embarrassing to have to change a cigar
I haven't had the pleasure of visiting the shop, but their online selection and delivery is flawless. It's evident that each cigar is inspected before being sent out, just as you'd expect in store. Everything's packaged fantastically too, so you can be sure you'll be getting perfection every time. If you're buying something more high end, definitely consider opting for Davidoff of London as you can essentially guarantee pristine cigars which will arrive safe and unharmed in transit. Plus, they stock Fuentes which aren't easy to come by in the UK. Would order again in a heartbeat!
A temple to Cigars and refined luxury. Joe, who served me, was a great guide who really took the time to recommend Cigars that were unusual and different. Great humidor packed with a very impressive selection. Most of all, the cigars look and feel well looked after, something I am unable to say of other Cigar shops i have visited in the past. I left the store with the thrill that can only be equated to a child at Christmas! See you again soon.
What an absolute treat. When my wife and I stopped in London for a day trip, I made sure we made time to stop here. And it exceeded expectations. The shop is so beautiful and interesting to walk around in and take in the various tobacco and fine living products. The staff were extremely friendly and gave wonderful recommendations for cigars. I also had the immense pleasure of meeting the Sahakians who were so kind and patient with me as a big fan of theirs. Can’t wait to visit again in the future!
A must visit if you're in London. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Amongst many other great cigar collections, they have vintage and rare Davidoff cigar made in Cuba. Prices are competitive, and service is awesome!!
I was at the shop last Friday to celebrate my birthday and to buy some cigars, as I always do when I’m in London. This is the first time I have had a negative experience at the shop with the member of staff, his name was Max. He bumped me and stepped on my shoe to show somebody else cigars and did not even apologies, he just continued talking to his customers. I was not happy with this and decided to leave all of the cigars I picked out. My son said to him before we left that they are customers and that we are as well, Max’s response to my son was “ CHILL OUT “ which is absolutely horrible. Max you should never judge people based on what they are wearing, where they are from and what they look like, cigars are for everyone.
Came in from Norway and met the most service minded gentleman named Ian. Although we didn't buy anything we were treated as known customers and talked about football and traveling. We were even gifted two cigars to smoke if Arsenal win the league. Thank you, Ian: Can't wait to come back, talk more and also buy^^
This shop is truly special. Personally I don’t smoke cigars, but I’ve been a long time fan of Kirby Allison’s YouTube channel where he comes here and has a drink with the father son owners and smokes rare expensive cigars. I didn’t have the guts to go in given I wasn’t going to purchase one. But I made it a point just to come look at when I came from Toronto to visit. Even got to see the leather chairs they film the videos in!
Went in today having a small amount of knowledge about cigars but wanted to buy myself one for my 21st birthday. Clerk was really friendly and helpful giving me choices in my budget and overall very friendly. Definitely will be coming back!
A most beautiful store with stunning customer service! Highly recommended for every pipe/cigar enthusiast visiting London.
