As someone who isn't well-versed in the world of cigars, I was surprised to be treated as if the gift I was buying for my friend was 'not so special.' I mentioned a rough budget, and he made me feel quite embarrassed because my amount didn't meet his expectations. This was yesterday afternoon and I was served by one gentleman who should count up to ten before embarrassing potential customers.
A superb selection of very well curated cigars. The gentleman who served us was knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. I bought six treats, a selecrion from their walk-in humidor. A thoroughly pleasant experience.
Enjoying a delicious Inka secret blend Bombaso Maduro Selected, cut & lit by the lovely store manager Kaja, A lovely place to enjoy a cigar. Staff always help with choosing an interesting smoke for me. The cigar is smooth and I’d say a medium to full, sweet and enjoyable. Turmeaus the best New World Cigars selection is here for you to enjoy

I would like thank give a big thanks for chris who has been great host extremely helpful and incredibly helped to choose pipe tabaco bcz I'm new in that never the less my main focus its cigars. Lovely little cigar shop, very well stocked and without the pomposity of other tobacconists in the area. I didn't give it 5 stars because every time I go there their prices are not up to date with what they have published in their website. That detail is important for me as a customer and shows transparency and integrity.

This shop has great range of top quality cigars at an affordable price. The customer service is great and the two employees know how to choose the right cigar or pipe tobacco based on the strength or taste that you like. I highly recommend you visiting this shop for a great smoking experience.
My wife and I stopped in to snag some cigars to gift to my father. Chris was incredibly hospitable and knowledgeable. It was such a pleasant experience, it really made our morning to run into someone who took such care to make us feel welcome. In addition to the great conversation, Chris made sure we left the shop with the perfect selection of cigars.
