My favourite ‘hidden gem’ cigar sampling lounge in London, thoroughly stocked, amazing cigar accessories, super staff, what’s not to like?
Outstanding atmosphere and friendly staff. As a tourist I had to go see the Fox cigar because of its association with Churchill , but I am so glad I decided to try Tomtom. Even on a moderate budget I got lux service. Gabriel set me up with a nice Cuban and cup of coffee. Thomas followed up. The lounge has that cozy den or study vibe that adds ambiance . Great way to spend an hour or two in London. Will stop in again if I make it back to London
Sat down for a cigar and coffee and was treated so well. I was hosted by Cristian, who made me feel welcome and accommodated right from minute one, introducing me to the world of cigars without any snobbery or pretentiousness. He provided me with tons of information and educated me on all aspects of the cigar, from the background, cuts, drafts, methods of lighting etc etc. Would recommend this awesome place for some personal, alone time, as much as a get-together with a group of friends. Indoor lounge seating is available for an enclosed, private experience, as well as outdoor seating for those warmer, sunnier days. Would certainly return!
If you love cigars and want a quiet spot then try this place. Helpful staff
I’m by far a regular cigar smoker and my knowledge is next to nonexistent. All I knew is that I wanted a cigar for a special occasion and the staff were exceptionally friendly and put me at ease straight away. Gave me great advice and I certainly felt at ease. Great shop.

Great consultation, tremendous selection and a lovely neighbourhood. From cheap yet good cigars to the high-priced big boys: everything around cigars is found here. I even smoked one around Buckingham Palace on the mall.

I picked up 4 cigars today out of the 4 one was very bad quality and they have a very limited selection compared to shops like James j fox, The cigar which was low quality was a juan lopez no2, the cigar had cracks on it, when I called them up to inform them of this , the rude lady’s response was to try and humiliate me by telling me no exchanges which was not even the purpose of my call as I was already smoking the cigar in question thus how I noticed the defects and bad quality . I only wanted to inform them of how low quality of a cigar they sold me. When I emailed over pictures and called back the man who I spoke with on the phone was very dismissive and didn’t even want to apologise for the bad quality cigar they sold me. Me my family and acquaintances will not be ever returning to that shop and will be going to James j fox instead from now on. I had only gone to that shop as a courtesy to one of my friends as he wanted me to check it out and what a regret it has been.
I visited Tomtom to purchase a cigar for my partner for Valentine's Day. I know almost nothing about cigars but the gentleman who served me was incredibly helpful, non-judgemental and really took his time to help me pick the perfect gift. Would definitely recommend!
