Hard to beat quality food, always busy and that's why. Unbeatable chips! Can't beat it.

We Come to pontins for a break atleast 3 times a year and always come hear. Very dissatisfied as chicken wasn't cooked in chicken in batter and the sauce was really bitter in the special fried rice, phoned to complain and the attitude was really poor. Took the remaining food back and spoke to manager and they were still saying the chicken was cooked and initially refused a refund as we had already eaten some. Eventually got some money back but attitude was shocking. Then to top it all as I was leaving the manager actually showed the food to the next customer behind me, saying that nothing was wrong and had the cheek to say that I had no right to complain. I will never buy from here again and put my family at risk of eating pink chicken!

Lovely fish, not dripping in oil, generous with portions of chips.
