Just spent 27.30 at Ginger's Grill, the food came started to eat took a bite of my chicken burger and had to run to the toilet gagging my guts up, with what I can only assume was the mayo, I had to brush my teeth and gargle mouthwash to get rid of the taste of excrement from my mouth. I called them back to complain but the man I spoke to on the phone wasn't having any of it, he just insisted that all the food was fine and that I was just drunk, even though I was sober. I am fuming and feel robbed.

Had a lovely burger and chips restaurant lovely and clean and staff were lovely nothing was too much trouble definitely go back reasonable priced too well worth a visit

Absolutely disgusted, found a massive black curly hair in the mayo, chicken was rubbery, corn was mouldy , took over 45mins to arrive and chips were cold. Rang to complain to to be greeted with the most unprofessional manager/owner ever. Said he didnt "want to fall out with me" and kept refering to me as mate, i reminded him i am not his friend i am a customer and i have a right to a refund. To wich he point black refused, saying it cost him money to make the food and he can not afford to give me my money back, even tho i spent almost £30 (on food thats gone in the bin) and was a regular customer.
