Great rural/ farm style outlet store. Outstanding little farm food shop, with a brilliant attached restaurant/cafe and bar. A large clothing and retail area often has great bargains, but is very rural/farm/country style focused. Can be very busy and crowded as a result. 3 car parks, but only the main one is usable one for decent cars, the other two have potholes big enough to make you think gnomes are gold mining in them at night.

A great place to pick up gifts this time of year in particular. It is a bit pricey but there are bargains to be had if you look hard enough. The coffee shop always seems to be busy. The menu offers plenty of choice and meals are of a decent quality.

Pants. Point taken. It's not for me. It's kind of a garden centre, without the garden bit but with garden centre prices. Like boundary mill but not as big. Too many jml videos competing over each other for your attention. I suppose their target audience is retired folk, and bored mums. Just want my kind of thing.

Very expensive place but there are some unusual things to buy. Would not buy food there but would buy a nice present for someone. The restaurant is very noisy but the food is good.

First visit. Good bargains on named brands. Wide variety of goods. Would have liked to go to the fish van outside but wasn’t open when we visited. Will definitely be going again. Lots of tog 24 stuff which is one of my favourite brands.

Lots of good sale deals on ladies fashion  and shoes . Went to the attached restaurant not the cheapest but food great deffo get what you pay for quality produce

I go for the Meat Section, not for much longer as like everywhere the prices have risen. I really don't like the selection of clothes, nothing I would buy and sadly the layout is very random. They do have a good selection of shoes and homewares.

Lovely clean and pleasant atmosphere, good menu food very well presented, a little atmosphere for a nice cafe..

Expensive but worth going as there are some lovely items to buy and the food at butchers very good. Restaurant food excellent as well .

Haď to return a too small coat.The staff were superb and found the right size for the same price
