just phoned to make a paymen on my account like i do every week and have done for the last 2 years to be answered by a rude man called kieth. kieth tried 3 times to take my payment but failing to do so as he was asking for the wrong information i tried to explain this to him and him and he refused to isten i ask to be placed with another ember of staff which he also refused my partner then got the phone tried to make the payment kieth one again was asking for information that was not not need and failed to ask for the information needed when my partner finally had enough he asked to speak to a manager this is when we found out he was in fact the manager when asked if anyone was above him he said no on was . so we then asked for a phone number to complain kieth then refused to give it then when he did he refused to give us his full name. this is not acceptable

they charge 5 times more than the normal retail price and most stock is 2nd hand...
