I ordered a scarf to match a coat purchased previously elsewhere and I am very pleased with it, thank you. As it was over the Christmas period it took a little longer to arrive by post but that was not a problem for me. A very good sale purchase.

Great shop with some fabulous designer labels. Everything from day to evening to party wear. Helpful pleasant assistants who will give you a personal service. You need to find the Royal arcade and walk almost to the end .

Ordered my Joseph Ribkoff black dress but unfortunately the last one in my size had just been sold. Janet has been excellent in ordering one for me & has been persistent in her efforts, ringing me on a regular basis to keep me updated. Her voice was full of joy when she phoned to say it had arrived & she would send it to me by next day delivery. It arrived, looked beautiful & fitted perfectly - not easy as I am only 5’ 1”.  Worn on New Years Eve, felt good & the dress was complimented. What more could you ask for. Thank you for all your help Janet and Happy New Year.

I ordered this dress because it is different, when it came it was more vibrant and the material is thick and hangs beautifully. I have accessorised with shoes and jewellery and my husband says it is stunning. Would definitely buy again if brought out in different colours.  Super buy xx

What a wonderful shopping experience at Lady, Wigan. So helpful, I purchased my complete outfit for forthcoming wedding of grandson, then added lots of holiday extras to say nothing of some further basics. The only shop I know that will order your size if its not in stock. Marvellous!!!!!

When I contacted Lady designer wear to buy some ficelle trousers, they could not have been more helpful and sent me two pairs of trousers saying I could return one of them couldn’t decide colour, no problem. I ended up keeping both of them. When I washed them, taking heed of the washing instructions, unfortunately they lost their colour and were no longer the same trousers at all. In order to warn other people to, perhaps, wash them by hand in a cold wash, I contacted Lady and told them of my unfortunate and costly experience. I was not looking for a refund, just wanted to let them and for them to let the manufacturer know of this experience and change their washing instructions. Sadly, Lady designerwear did not even have the courtesy to reply, which I found very disappointing after their initial very helpful service.

Beautiful dress but unfortunately too big on the shoulders so had to return.

Have now bought from here on a few occasions. Fantastic prompt service,clothes beautifully presented and have always been thrilled with my orders.
