VERY Slow at the till to pay, very slow for your purchased items to come to the counter. Non of the staff are interested in speeding things up. All staff should be sacked and start again with new people.

Great customer service from staff. Store is a little run down, it could do with a refurbish. A lot of items I searched for on the stock check computers were unavailable.

Absolutely terrible. Only gave it 1 star because you can't give zero. Paid for a delivery for today between 7.00 and 10.00 and it never arrived. Rang store 4 times before I got through to the correct department. They then promised me it will be with me between 18.00 and 22.00. Guess what... It still hasn't arrived. Store manager is called Mike. I think he needs to readdress his customer service. Oh and forgot to mention there has been no communication on their behalf to me the customer despite them asking for my phone number on several occasions.
