Fantastic, My family have a lot of different dietary requirements, Wigan Asda is always my go to shop to find everything we need. Friendly gent in the bakery section is a diamond.
Blonde girl at self checkout ignored me while serving every customer to my left, right and back. No apology when she finally got me and looked like she didn't want to be there or on drugs.
Do my weekly big shop and get everything I need.nBest thing is the choice.nWorst thing is the lack of manned checkouts creating queues and frustration for customers and staff.nIf I wanted the job of scanning food items in a supermarket I would have applied for one.nAsda save money on employees and get their loyal customers to fill the workforce gaps.nWhatever happened to customer service ?
Rude woman at checkout. Went in at 4am to do shopping so could beat the bank holiday rush. No one around to sort the self service out when it goes wrong, when she did arrive no words were spoken, i said 'hi' and 'thank you' yet she ignored. Second time round i told her were to go.. Staff need training on how to be polite in retail. It may be 4am but if this why my business you would be out.
Going down hill rapid. Empty shelves all the time. They never have what you want. Only stocking what they want to sell you, as certain products are always missing. Veg going off due to no dates on them. Night/day staff are shocking. Cages everywhere boxes all over the place, I'm constantly pushing cages out the way to get to shelves. Clearly new managment who has told them to do this. Staff hiding carry bags or walking around holding them lol. Checkouts always shut and only self checkout is open. the place is a dive. Won't be long before you gets rats with all those cages of food out like that and boxes thrown all over the place. It didn't used to be like this. Its a dump now
