Great TK Maxx on two floors with all sorts of goods. Clothes for all ages and all the family. Lots of things for gifts at Christmas time. Upstairs for kitchenware, garden goods, books and fancy goods for the home.

TK MAXX is usually good in other towns and cities across the UK but unfortunately not this one very small store with limited stock on display but having said that staff very friendly and helpful.

Well....I am so grateful to Michelle, store manager for acting so promptly, positively and compassionately. I have bought countless bargains at TKs and some in the clearance where you expect some items are flawed. On this occasion I bought what was the perfect piece of furniture to go into my dining area... At proper price...Not clearance ...It was perfect and undamaged untill when we got it home unwrapped the bubble wrap found a gouge 16 in across the top of the laquared finish. Devastated....But Michelle checked all avenues to ensure where and when the damage was done, and even without solid proof she offered a massive discount as I could not get this piece anywhere at this price again. Thank you Michelle. I hope your superiors know what a good loyal manager they have in you. Customer service at its best.
