Ordered a £500 Thetford camper cooker. Delivery was speedy, but upon checking I discovered that the hob section of the cooker was severely misaligned. Immediately got in touch via email. Received an apologetic response the next day requesting the serial number and a promise that Jacksons would get in touch with the manufacturer to see what can be done. I provided this information swiftly but I received no further communications from the business, so I ended up driving over to Liverpool on my day off. The issue was sorted by their warehouses who were all decent lads to be fair to them, but I shudder to think what would have happened if I wasn’t able to visit. My negative review is owing to their poor communications. The initial response from the office manager was a fob off- my contract of sale is with Jacksons, so why would I need to wait for Thetford to respond? I also called the offices and was promised a call back and that didn’t happen. I even emailed the office manager afterwards to explain that I managed to sort the exchange in their warehouses but she didn’t even extend the courtesy by response. I’m just glad that I was able to get down to their offices to sort it in person, I think if remotely handled, I’d have been waiting a considerable amount of time. Be cautious if you’re ordering here, they need to brush up on their aftersales skills.

Generally cheapest prices around, they ship out quickly and use DPD. Nuff said

I purchased a fridge from jacksons last week, very good customer service, it was great to speak to somebody selling something they are interested in, the product so far has been great, as for reliability, I will edit the review in time... Thanks

AVOID AVOID AVOID... Will never use this company again terrible customer service very rude, asked to be put through to manager who so arrogant it's hard to put into words worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. 14 days had past with no refund as promised, promised to call me back numerous times this never happened.. constantly having to chase them.

Purchased several items over the past few months and have received very good service with prompt delivery. Very helpful on the phone and have called me back to let me know one item was out of stock but would follow in a few days which it did. Also ordered a Thetford spinflo cooker, but when unpacked one of the burner control knobs fell off due to being a loose fit. Phoned Jacksons and told them of the problem I had and they contacted Thetford who sent me a pack of five control knobs in the post, first class service from Jacksons and Thetford .... well done.
