yesterday I viewed a property at Chorley new road Horwich, we were the first people to view the flat and after 10 minutes we said we were interested what do we do next? I was told to ring the office and ask for an application pack to be emailed and then it would be up to the landlord to decide who he would accept as a tenant ! I telephoned on a few occasions in the afternoon to say I hadn't received the pack ! I was then told it maybe a few hours because there was a few interested parties. This morning I rang again to say I had received no emails and was told the viewer after us had paid the money and been accepted!!!!! Very unprofessional service
