I was very disappointed. I used Farrell heyworth to sell my flat in 2005 and they were fantastic. However this time I have been sellling with them 5 months. I have not had one viewer. The lady who came around asured me my house would well in weeks !! When she was taking photis her camera died so she took photos from her phone. When I pointed out the photos were not good enough. They came and took another photo of the front of my house without asking me to move my car whilst I was in. Glad I'm not paying them £2000 for doing nothing. I will gladly speak to the mansgment team because I have receive I email and one phone call in 5 months. Shocking

The most shocking service I have ever known. Discusting the way they treat there paying customers Never I repeat never rent from farrell and heyworth . They've got my mother living in a third world house which is in such a state it's almost inhabitable. She's been emailing them asking them to fix the problems for over 12 months and still nothing has been done . She's never missed a single months rent although I'm trying to get her to stop paying bless she won't . It's like they just don't care . Happy to take your money but unwilling to stand by there part off the contractually agreement. If your looking to rent try everywhere else first !

I agreed with LW at the Chorley branch for the cash purchase of a property in the Chorley area. Within 7 days of the agreement, I had transferred funds to my solicitor for completion on the Friday. As I had not heard from my solicitor by noon on the Friday I phoned LW at Farrell Heyworth, to be told that someone had placed a higher bid that day. She didn't even have the decency to phone me & give me the opportunity to re-bid. Disgraceful, unprofessional are 2 words that spring to mind. I have in the last 10 months bought 3 similar properties all for cash.... I will never use Farrell Heyworth ever again. Completley dishonorable, in my opinion
