My husband and I let out a property with Easy Home Lets. It was the first time we had done this and Sue / Charlotte smoothed the way for us. All tradesmen recommended by them proved to be accomplished and trustworthy. They are both very professional / personable women adopting a no nonsense approach taking the stress out of our first experience of letting out. When choosing an agent you need someone you can trust who practices with honesty and integrity. Look no further than these two fabulous women. Eleanor

I have used several letting agencies over the years and I really wish that all letting agencies were like Easy Home Lets. Sue and Charlotte are extremely professional but at the same time, very approachable and friendly and willingly share their expert advice. Their wealth of knowledge of the Coppull and Chorley area is invaluable. I feel they have taken the trouble to know me as a landlord and are looking after my property as though it were their own. At the same time I also feel that they know my tenants and their needs which to date has resulted in happy, non-problematic tenancies. I particularly like Sue's and Charlotte's integrity and openness which unfortunately I found missing in my previous agent (Redrose Estate Agents). With Easy Home Lets I feel completely assured that Charlotte and Sue work hard to ensure that my property continues to provide me with a steady income but at the same time strike that balance to also make sure that the tenant has a comfortable home in which to live.

I chose to sell my house with Easy Home Lets & Sales and wow, what a good choice that was! I spent a while researching different local estate agents but none where drawing me in. Easy Home Lets made my selling experience easy, efficient and they where very professional and knowledgeable. If I decide to move house again I will go with Easy Home Lets every time. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Used Easy Home Lets to find a home to rent. Fabulous business - so professional and friendly. The owners really know the area and have a passion for property. We may purchase and sell in the area and would definitely use as first preference for an estate agents.

Rented from Easy Home Let's for a 12 month tenancy period. They were always quick to help and get any issues sorted. When I came to vacating the property everything was arranged around my schedule which made the process as stress free as possible.
