Nationwide assisted me and took away my stress when work commitments meant I needed to rent out my flat in Adlington. All the staff I have had dealings with have been very attentive and helpful and and have found 2 great tenants over the past 4 years. I definitely recommend them to anybody looking for friendly, personal service.

Called in here a few times when Chorley Office were selling my house. Really helpful and recommended a great solicitor.

Negative experience, untrustworthy lettings manager - said in person they were not going to charge me for leaving an empty bookcase I bought new for the flat (thought could be useful for next tenant as there wasn't room for it in my new place).  In writing however, I was charged £25 for this and other unreasonable and unjustified fees which I had to take to the DPS for dispute with was a time consuming laborious process. Avoid at all costs!

Jane has managed houses for me for about 11 years now. I have had a tenant in one of them for 8 years now. Says it all really. Recently sold one through the Chorley office too.
