I was in touch with Jackson Stops when I was looking for a rental property in the Tunbridge Wells area.  I found them to be highly pro-active and all lovely to deal with.  They were always very helpful and willing to answer all my queries so I was really comfortable throughout the whole rental process.  I can thoroughly recommend Jackson Stops based on my experience

Our experience of Jackson Stops was professional, responsive and thorough throughout the entirety of our house purchase. Debbie made certain she was our contact consistently regardless of whether she was in the office or not which, as a buyer eagerly anticipating responses, was really refreshing. Debbie has remained in contact and has supported us through the moving and settling process for which we are grateful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jackson Stops should we ever find ourselves wanting to move.

I honestly can't rate Debbie, Tim and the whole team at Jackson Stops Tunbridge Wells highly enough. From the professionalism from the first interaction, through to managing viewings and negotiations on selling our house, they have been superb. We needed our chain to move quickly due to the upcoming arrival of our baby and Debbie worked tirelessly to not only moved things on for us, but the whole chain!  We wouldn't be moving in time if it wasn't for her hard work. If we ever move again, we won't hesitate in coming straight back to the team. Thank you!

We have used Jackson Stops for both letting a property and selling a property and both the departments have been very professional, pro-active and friendly.  On both occasions we have been successful and all dealings  have been prompt and efficient.  Debbie in Sales and Lyn in Lettings deserve a special mention but the service from the whole team has been fantastic

I have let my property through Jackson Stops for three years with one recent change of tenant. They have always been helpful, friendly and professional. Communication has been good. Lyn or a member of her team is always on hand to deal with issues or offer advice. I would recommend their service.
