Excellent letting service.   
Well followed-up and efficiently managed from local Heathfield office.  Good personal contact.
I have had the occasional difficulty communicating with Head Office re their policy of issuing statements only when cash is transferred.  Statements should be sent to landlords every month  to keep track of monies owing, bill outstanding etc.  Head Office service is more impersonal.

I have used Freeman Foreman (Heathfield) twice to find tenants for a detached house in the countryside. In both cases they found the tenants very quickly. They did a very good job of assessing the people and in both cases I ended up with great tenants who pay on time and are very little trouble. I like the fact that Freeman Foreman
 are very picky and ensure all the T's are crossed and the i's dotted.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted  by Robert Horton when enquiring about a property. Robert was explicable with his communication which is a rare thing these days with most agents, even when he had to tell me I did not get the property I was still informed promptly and politely!  Robert has also been great in keeping in touch when other properties he thought maybe suitable have become available, although as yet I have not found anything suitable I know Robert will continue working for me until I do.

The lettings team at Freeman Forman are extremely helpful and friendly and even now we've moved in, they still give us as much care and friendliness as they did when we were looking for a property which is often not the case with many agents.

Yvonne and Debbie have always worked in a professional and helpful manner. I have been renting a property through them for the last 9 months. Any queries or issues I have had, have been responded to in a timely manner.
