Your Move Crowborough

Your Move as a company was recommended to me by friends who let out their property portfolio through branches on the West Sussex coast; they were keen I should use Your Move when I decided to let my house. Over the last 9 months, Jason, Matt & Maddie (and previously Nicola) have been amazing at helping this novice landlord let a property. They have been responsive to my many queries, extremely helpful at every turn and highly professional - from initial valuation right through the entire process to finding a tenant and dealing with all the paperwork. They have kept me fully informed at every stage and been quick to get in touch. I would have no hesitation in recommending Your Move Crowborough to anyone wishing to let their property - and I would have no reason to expect things would be different for a property sale.

In a world where people are quick to criticise, it is refreshing to be able to praise superb customer service. From our first dealings with Matt Pickett and his team the whole experience was excellent. They were efficient, friendly and offered sound unbiased advice. Through what was quite a stressful time (no fault of Your Move ) it was great to have this team working with us. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them and for such a young team they all showed remarkable aptitude and business sense.

We're absolutely delighted with the service and attention to detail we received from Your Move, Crowborough. Thanks go to Matt, Nicola and Jason. The whole process of marketing and selling our home, and moving on to our new abode went smoothly from start to finish. There was a sentimental attachment for our home so we were delighted that the team matched the perfect buyers for it, and we felt happy that 'our home had gone to a good home'. We were kept informed regularly throughout the whole process and as this was a relatively lengthy chain we appreciated that Matt, Nicola and Jason were on the ball and kept us up to date. Not only do we appreciate the professionalism of the team, we enjoyed our involvement with them and their cheery approachable manner. Found our "forever house" with these guys, with the slight problem we weren't even on the market. Jason was fantastic in putting a deal together that suited everyone involved, and with help from Matt, they got us a cash buyer for our house in about 10 days. Great service all the way through from everyone - sensible pricing, good feedback, and playing everything with a straight bat ensured things progressed smoothly and on time. If you want to sell your house in Crowborough call them. I can't say better than that.

Excellent service from first marketing our property right through to completion. We cannot thank the team at Crowborough Your Move enough, with special thanks to Matt, Jason and Stephanie without whose professionalism and diligence, I have no doubt, our complicated chain may well have collapsed! I have dealt with this branch twice and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
