We moved over to Chewton Rose from another Estate Agent, they gained the right type of in interest in our property very quickly and we have just completed our sale. We dealt with both Justin and Kevin who were great and kept in regular contact with us throughout. From the initial explanation to how Chewton Rose, Wadhurst operated, to the production and promotion of my property details, legal recommendation, all the way through to completion, the CR team were honest, realistic, friendly and professional. They were always easy to contact and I always got a quick reply to my queries. 

The best thing about the service I received, particularly from Justin Thomas was a tangible sense that he genuinely cared about my property sale; looking to do the best he could for me and my buyers. It was a pleasure working with him and couldn’t fault his dedication. Justin made, what could have been an extremely stressful process, manageable, and I was able to sell my property quickly and smoothly. Thank you!

We recently purchased a mid-size family home, with gardens, in the High Weald in East Sussex.  We initially viewed the property in September, and finally completed in December.  The whole process was quick and efficient.  Justin Thomas was a pro-active, positive and well informed senior agent, who had a good understanding of the property and the surrounding area.  He further served as an excellent intermediary between ourselves and the vendors, and has continued to get questions answered for us since taking ownership. Overall, I would highly recommend doing business with "Chewton Rose"

We are very impressed by Kevin's positivity and diligence in seeking a purchaser for our house.  Communication with the team has been excellent and Kevin forges a genuinely good relationship with vendor and prospective purchasers. Highly recommended agents.

We bought a lovely flat in wadhurst and liaised with Kevin as our agent, he was extremely punctual in replying to us and very helpful and professional in answering our questions. All in all a good experience as a scary first time buy for ourselves, we were guided and advised in a stress free manner.
