We are so glad we chose Vince Taylor Tofts more traditional approach to market our late mother’s cottage. Chris and the team were professional and diplomatic whatever was thrown at them and their expertise and experience really shines through. And they’re really nice people! Try them, you won’t be disappointed.

We recently purchased in Buxted through VTT and found the whole experience to be a really good one!  Great communications, pro-active updates as necessary and a refreshingly straight-forward process from beginning through to completion.  Our experience was one of a “soft” approach to the way in which they represented their client, never being pushy or over-enthusiastic to get the deal done, instead allowing the process to unfold as naturally as possible, greatly assisting in managing stress levels at our end!  Nice people to deal with and we would have no hesitation in utilising the services of VTT if and when the time comes to sell our wonderful new home. Such a pleasure to meet and deal with real people who put their names behind their business.  Perhaps not the ideal time to sell but the process went as quickly as I could imagine and with great support throughout the process.  Realistic and genuine advice at all times and not one attempt to sell commission earning additions was refreshing.  Highly recommended on all counts.

I have had the good fortune to use VinceTaylor Tofts on two occasions recently. and they  have achieved  a fantastic  result for me. The first sale went through like a dream and sold for far more than I would have thought possible. The second sale proved to be much more of a challenge but I was fully supported all the way through by the whole team   They could not have been more professional and caring and went above and beyond what was expected of them. We recently used Vince Taylor Tofts to sell my mothers house having previously used Dixon Vince numerous times before and would highly recommend them. Throughout the whole process we were kept informed and any queries were answered promptly. Julian and his team were friendly, reliable and so helpful throughout the long process of selling my house. The sale was drawn out due to outside circumstances and there were times I wanted to pull my hair out in frustration, but a few calm words from Julian always reassured me. I absolutely made the right choice in asking them to sell my house, it would have been a very different experience with another agent for sure. Would 100% recommend them.
