The cafe is lovely and right in the heart of Midsomer Norton. The staff are friendly and were very helpful when asked information about the local area. The food was really good and I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone.

The owners are special very special unfortunately only to them self's you own a coffee shop not a hilton hotel. They talk to their staff apalling there really is no need of it , I was actually embarrassed to hear and see it whilst being served. The staff look like they have the weight of the world on their shoulders do yourself a favour pack work like this is Inn go back to college learn, work towards something worthwhile or you will end up like the people you serve here its become a right eye sore on the high street resembles a drop out centre. For those people who want a pleasant coffee get yourself up Costa out the way of this place it really has become a dive of a place. Least at Costa you'll sit and drink in peace without listening to other customers and staff problems. And the prices are not cheap I wouldn't pay for it not again not ever.

Great wrap with brie, avocado and salad. Bought a tart to take home and hope it was made today as acknowledged it was.... clean, friendly and very reasonable.

The hot chocolate is good, and the cakes are good... but the coffee can be bitter... It can get a bit cramped at busy times (sign of popularity I guess). This place could be great as it has an excellent location right in the middle of the high street... but every single time I've been in there the staff seem grumpy, and I always feel like I'm inconveniencing them by placing an order. Please smile and I'll update my review next time :)
