A nice little Costa in Midsomer Norton - staff are generally friendly and the service is good. Saying that, it can get very busy at times and there never seems to be more than 2 (maybe 3) people working at once - so at busy times be prepared to queue. The seating is well arranged and is kept fairly clean and tidy - but they could do with improving the speed at which they clear the tables.. Or provide an area for people to clear their own tables Overall good for a chain... but worth remembering there are also some great locallly run coffee shops in Midsomer too!

I do like this place it's professional service staff look the part, you can sit in peace have a conversation and enjoy your company. It's quite pricey but it's the best place in my opinion for a coffee. Every now and then a group of friends and I meet up and have a general catch up. They do offers of buy one get one free or half price or next coffee a pound can't quite remember . They have a selection of foods . I like the place you can bring your family the kids plenty of room, and they have changing for babies inside toilets .very well maintained and clean. Best place in midsomer norton

Service with a smile, great coffee, the lad spilt his hot chocolate, it look a little too long to obtain serviettes, none on the condiments stand!

Staff are always friendly, but I've yet to visit when it isn't busy and they only ever seem to have one person making the coffee.. but they have two machines... I wonder if at busy times it would be better to get the other machine running and keep the queue down. That being said it's got a nice atmosphere and a good selection of food/drink

Good coffee, clean and friendly drinking area. Has a good vibe about it. Didn't find it hard to get seat / table either.... Plenty of cakes nd such. .. didn't have those, but looked nice all the same.
