Went to a child’s party and overall it was a great experience. The kids soft play area is excellent and spotless clean.nLots of activity run around with a small area for babies.nAfter the time allocation in soft play they went into the coffee shop area where the party was held.nNice layout but could have done with more seating for the adults attending with their children.nFood was nice but no option and as none of my party ate cheese sandwiches, not sure who was to blame for that though.nOverall a really great place to take your young kids for an hour of activity.
This is a difficult one to post because I really wanted to like this soft play, but can't in good faith recommend it.nThe prices online are per hour - so for one adult and one toddler, the soft play is £8.50 per hour. Sandwiches for adults were also £8.50.nThe staff were friendly and the food on display was fresh, cooked in house. The soft play itself had lots of choice and you can tell the whole business values being eco friendly and have clearly worked hard to reduce their waste and one use plastics.nIf the price were say, £12-15 for a day or even a half day, that would be manageable - but when other local soft plays Trowbridge, Warminster are ~£8 for the whole day, it's just not cost effective to go. Oh, the soft play area was also freezing! Had to leave our coats on.
My 2 year old had a great time but I wasn’t impressed. The soft play bit is ok but the “hard” toys are scattered all over the place and no one seemed to come in to tidy them. So not sure what the point of having those toys in there is as they can hardly be played with. My child wanted to play with the toy kitchen but it was completely empty as all the toys had been scattered. There were also hard toys in the actual soft play climbing bit, which seems a bit unsafe. But otherwise my child enjoyed the play bit.nIt’s a shame there’s not many toys in the actual cafe but we did enjoy the books and colouring. Prices are quite steep. £3 for the tiniest cupcake really seemed a lot. Coffee was nice and my toddler enjoyed his smoothie - although it was a shame it was served in an open cup but with a straw and then filled to the top. This meant quite a bit of the smoothie ended up on my toddler’s clothes as they spilled it due to being served like this.nnThe floor in the cafe was also very dirty with food all over the place. Some sort of sticky bar got stuck to a puzzle board game my toddler wanted to play with. So that was not very nice at all.nnAll in all it’s a great place to not get too stressed with an active toddler. But I definitely don’t love it. Definitely would be better if the play space was reset on a regular basis to actually be playable.
I had a lovely time here with my 4 year old. The soft play was a nice size and not too expensive like some others in the local area. We had a cake, hot choc and a coffee in the café. It's nice to find somewhere you can enjoy a coffee without worrying about your pre-schooler wandering around / making too much mess / being too loud!
Is a great atmosphere in there didn’t think it was overpriced. You get great value for money in the café the same prices as if you were to go to Costa but you get more for your money with the extra value of its more child friendly kids up to 4. Great asset to Norton’s high street.
