Outdated, odd selection and staff very abrupt and rude if you can even get them to acknowledge you. I'm sure not all the staff, just the two I tried to speak to
Needed a few items whilst visiting the area good parking and reasonably stocked for a small store
Not my first choice for a supermarket, but always well stocked. My only gripes are that there are not enough staffed tills open and on the basket checkouts, some staff members are too busy talking to deal with the umpteen red checkouts. More customer facing staff are needed here.
Really helpful staff very polite and kind and ended up with 2 members of staff trying to fined if they had the Cadbury winter wonderland chocolate bar that I was looking for even tho we didn't fined it I'm really grateful for the help I really struggle in shops and they made me feel more comfortable the one negative thing is the speed bump on entering the carpark it's really high so easily impact on it if your car is a bit low and it's almost square so you can't roal over it and you need to slow right down to a crawl to git over without damaging your car I'm not against speed bumps but that one is nasty also if your not as mobile as most people you may struggle to push trolley up to the carpark so you may want to take someone to help with that
Well yes there is sometimes a bit of a squash in the Store. It is not a full no. 1 store and does’nt profess to be. The staff are great imho and very friendly indeed. They are helpful from the youngest to the oldest and I nearly always find what I need. The extra counter is very helpful and my only complaint would be the clothing section. The choice is’nt too bad but I find the sizes are mostly large. It’s great to have both this and Lidl on our doorstep…..well done. Lucas, Christine and Linda et al……
