Not great customer service and the parking fines what's that all about? Seems to take forever waiting for your product staff don't seem to know where it is out the back in the warehouse. Christmas nothing is in stock here that you want. But they do some great special offers to grab yourself a bargain .

It's a typical Argos. Fairly clean and tidy

Staff seem generally amiable enough, but like all Argos' they are only there to take your money and hand you stuff over the counter.

Never trust the website if it says its in stock at this branch - made so many wasted trips here only to be told '...Well that means we can order it for you for tomorrow.. but we don't have it here today'

I don't believe there is such a thing as a 'good Argos', the problem is that Argos is convenient and the owners know it.. so I don't think they really try. 

Of the last 10 times I've reserved something to collect in store.. the website says available for collection and then you get to the shop and they tell you it is not available until tomorrow (this is a general Argos problem rather than MSN specifically). 

I ran to Midsomer Norton today to find 2 people in the queue in front of me.. not too bad except they now have the customer services desk and the order point at the same location. So the man in front of me was returning an item but didn't want a refund, he wanted a new one and for it to be inspected first.. this took AGES, during this time the manager walked past about three times and the other staff were just 'waiting' at the collection point. 

Then the next lady in front of me had a SIM card query which took almost 20 minutes to resolve! Manager still wandering about (obviously too good to serve people). I finally got to go up to the till.. when they decided to change over the staff, so I had to wait for the new assistant to come out and serve me. I was buying a cheap item £9.99 with cash and I was asked if I'd like to spread the payment over a longer period... No please or thank you even though I was polite and despite having to wait almost 30 minutes to be served. Please do better
