The staff are extremely helpful and sorted out my colour that I needed very quickly with there technical skills and prices are better than most companies
Good shop but operates like a burger van... closes whenever they feel like it. Visited today Tuesday at 3pm...closed. Useless. Get a grip guys, Mon-Fri 9am till 5pm at least please or lose more customers.
Partner took a swatch in and left it to have paint mixed, said it would be next day as they were busy. Called in the morning following day and was told “we will get back to you”. Tried calling at 3PM as no call received but no answer. As we needed the paint urgently my partner drove all the way back to the store which is 1hr 45 minute round trip to find they were closed, even though it says they are open until 5pm Monday- Thursday. Now have to make another round trip back to get the swatch. A costly experience in both time and money wasted in fuel.
Wonderful place, just give them a call and they will make the stuff ready with blink of an eye.
Do their jobs well but the employees need a personality transplant. The most depressed and ignorant bunch of guys you will meet.
100% satisfaction from this store all the time
