Gorgeous, what a wonderful place in such an unexpected place. Great staff who were so knowledgeable, professional and utterly friendly too. We saved money on the paint we needed rather than buying online. Fantastic, we will look here for everything we need.
Always incredibly friendly and helpful. They all know what they are talking about when it comes to paints, colours and excellent advise. Isle of Skye paint is of excellent quality and is highly recommended. I have been a decorator on Skye for 16 years and go to no-one else for all my requirements.
Tbh, I don't know what happened. I was very excited about using Isle of Skye paints for every room of our new house, but when I ordered chip cards of all the colours after already purchasing several sample pots of various colours I had to chase the order. When they finally arrived, the "cards" were just scissors-cut slips of paper of non-uniform sizes, some of which had obviously been used as scratch paper because they had unrelated handwriting in pencil on them. I was really shocked to receive such an unprofessional pack without any explanation. If the owners had contacted me to say they didn't have all the chip cards available but would make some up by hand quickly and send those, I would have been okay with it. I am really hoping that is what actually happened, because I had what I thought were good phone conversations with them prior to this. As it happened, however, I had no correspondence or followup from them. It put me off ordering several hundred ££s worth of paint from them. We wound up going with a trade paint recommended by our house painter. All this happened almost a year ago. I actually only googled them today to see if they were still in business, because I didn't expect them to be. I am happy to see that they are, and I wish them well. I just wish I knew why they sent those random slips of painted paper instead of actual paint cards, and then never followed up.
Friendly and helpful staff and the quality of paint is superb. It covers really well and excellent value for money. I won't be going anywhere else for my paint in the future!
The customer service here is second to none. Always such a pleasant experience going into the shop and the staff always go above and beyond to help!
Excellent quality paint, beautiful colours and finishes. The staff are the cheeriest, most helpful people. Ann goes out of her way to help. Highly recommended.
