The service of this store has been terrible. My order took over a month to fill and now that I finally received the package, it was the wrong item. Along the way I have sent numerous emails trying to get updates and I basically got short responses with no information about my order or when it would ship. And now I'll have to trench through this disaster to try to get my order corrected.... What a mistake on my part to order from this facility. 20/02/2017 Update So, after many attempts to make this right and many emails back and forth. This store customer service contact is now asking me to keep the wrong product, the product I did not order and then they are only willing to give me a partial refund.... What kind of a business would handle this situation in this fashion?? I'm lost for words! The only thing I did as a customer was, placed an order online for a pair of leather riding boots and ended up getting the wrong order. From this, I understand mistakes are made and the only thing I wanted was to get my order corrected. Unfortunately I've learned the hard way that this is not a reputable site or business. The only thing that I want at this point is a full refund. I offered to return the wrong item as long as they send me a return shipping label but, apparently a customer is too much of an inconvenience for this business. Any advise on how to get a refund out of an establishment like would be greatly appreciated.... I JUST WANT A REFUND!
