The most unprofessional company I have ever come across. .  The drivers are abusive and seem to think they owned the road.  No wonder Uber is doing so well now.

Ordered a taxi at 10.20pm and was informed "it is on its way". 11pm...still no taxi...called back and got put on hold. Ridiculous. Ordered from elsewhere.

I use this taxi every time I come to visit family in irlam from stoke on trent, the drivers are extremely polite, the star of this company however is the most lovely woman who answers the phone every time, this woman is an absolute life saver and I am giving this review in hopes that she gets the recognition she deserves I am forever grateful thank you.

Abnormally patronising and rude time wasters who never have cars in the local area and try and get funny with you over destinations you want to go to. The drivers themselves are the reason I didn't give it no stars as they're always lovely.

Myself and my daughter had prebooked a taxi for 10 after the Manchester One Love Concert and we are still here waiting at 11:15. I have phoned 16 times and after speaking to a girl several times, she has just stopped answering the phone to me. My daughter has school in the morning and I have work. I can't believe they've just left us stranded in the middle of nowhere after repeatedly telling us 'it's on its way'. I'll never order a taxi from them again. Worse service imaginable and no consideration for our safety whatsoever. The place is now deserted
