Customer service was amazing. Staff were patient and really helpful. Left my car there for 2 days. Was secure. The van was basically new. Great drive. Recommend hiring from here and will go back.

Branch was not open 20 mins after stated opening time as "someone had forgotten the keys". Therefore late to start hire. On return, branch was completely deserted inside, seemingly only 1 member of staff on site. Took over 20 minutes just to drop off vehicle.

Staff are so helpful. Went out of their way and the manager even let me have his car when I realised I accidently booked a van instead of a car. Nothing was too much trouble.
I would recomnend and will use them everytime I come to Manchester.
