On Friday 15 December I called this company in early afternoon to book a six seater cab to take myself and friends to Palace Theatre . Pick up was in Sale at 6.30 pm and the operator said the same driver would book the return trip with me . By 6.45 the cab had not arrived , after a long wait I got through to the operator who said driver was on another hire and they had been unable to contact him. While apologizing she kept saying it was busy as it was the week before Xmas , exactly the reason I had pre booked ! We had to rush and find alternative transport and almost missed the theatre . Dreadful, unprofessional and incompetent company , will never use again .

Lied about being able to pick me and my family up had us stood outside the restaurant in the cold for 20 minutes , ruined my family's night , extremely rude on the phone , told 5 minutes twice then eventually told they don't know when it will come. sat inside and waited 30 minutes still never turned up , terrible company DONT USE THEM.

Awful company. Despite advising me my taxi was on its way, twice, 2 hours later when I phoned a 3rd time I was told a taxi wasn't coming and I should walk to the nearest taxi rank. The operate then hung up on me. Exceptionally rude man. Would not recommend this company

Booked a cab for 5 am for the airport. A black cab arrived 5 mins early charging a set fee from my home of 14 pounds which is good value. I will be using this company again for any airport trips.
