A really nice, quiet pub that's set in a quiet country lane. The food here is outstanding - everything we had was cooked fresh and perfectly, and came in portion sizes that met even our appetites. The staff are really friendly, without being intrusive. There's also a beer garden, which was proving popular with the locals as well as dog-walkers

A superb location with even more superb food and ale. Been here a few times in my travels and the place just gets better every time.

Had the fish and chips. Very large portion. Chips were homemade chunky ones. Very nice, staff pleasant and helpful as always

Great little country pub, dog friendly, nice atmosphere, superb food, outdoor beer garden, friendly staff. Never had a complaint here and try to visit as often as possible.
